O Ka ʻĀina Team Building immerses the team in traditional practices and experiences that foster healthy, positive behaviorism. In all my experiences and memories, the kūpuna always required a healthy attitude when completing any kuleana, task. Preparing food for lūʻau required healthy attitudes around the food. “Sour hands, make sour poi.” Lei and attire making for hula, requires a healthy mindset. “The lei absorbs all thoughts and energy.” A healthy and positive mindset creates a healthy and positive product.
O Ka ʻĀina shares its hau, rope-making practices with communities, organizations, and businesses. The group will learn to harvest and prepare cordage. Everyone will leave with braided strands of hau cordage reflecting the team camaraderie.
This is an Onsite Team Building Experience.
